What Does FACP Mean?  Fellow of the American College of Physicians (ACP), is the largest society of internists in the world.  Fellows are a distinguished group of doctors dedicated to continuing education in the medical practice, teaching, or research.  Fellowship is an honorary designation given to recognize ongoing individual service and contributions to the practice of medicine.    Fellowship is a mark of distinction.

Dr. Jose M. Baez, M.D., F.A.C.P. is a Board Certified Internist and  a Fellow of the American College of Physicians in Naples, FL.  As a 1986 graduate of the Mount Sinai School of Medicine, in NYC, he has been in practice for over 25 years.   He is an active member of the Collier County Medical Society (CCMS), Florida Medical Society (FMA) and has served on many committees.  He has returned to private practice to continue the high quality personalized care his patients have come to expect.  We look forward to the opportunity to serve you as you find a new primary care physician.                                                 We Accept New Patients and We Accept Most Major Insurances.
